The mile long beach in Arillas is satisfyingly located in a bay between cliffs and headland. As the water is quite shallow, it is safe for swimmers of all ages. As a result, Arillas beach is often filled with families enjoying the warm golden sun, and the pleasant calm ocean.
While staying in Arillas, the vacationer has the luxury of visiting several beaches that are in close proximity. The pebble beach of Afionas is located within half a kilometre of Arillas, near a neighbouring stream. A more popular location located further south is Aghios Georgios and San stefanos (Agios Stefanos ), with their stunning golden bay beaches, and offering the same calm blue ocean that is available in Arillas. Regardless of which beach you chose to visit, you will have the usual water activities at your disposal.
